Friends are reminded to mark in your calendars the weekend of Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd August this year when Quakers Australia will hold a mid-year online gathering Yearly Meeting for discernment of matters in business sessions. Plus there will be other fun and informative events. YMOC (Yearly Meeting Organising Committee) suggest you clear the evenings before this weekend event, as there will probably also be Preparatory & Information Sessions. 

A special request: when registrations open, please register asap. We had Friends registering for our January 2026 Yearly Meeting at the last moment who said they were happy to volunteer to help. Most volunteers need to meet with their team a week or two in advance. Please make it easier for us to work together and register early.
